Visakhapatnam is a port city and industrial center in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, on the Bay of Bengal. It's known for its many beaches, including Ramakrishna Beach, home to a preserved submarine at the Kursura Submarine Museum. Nearby are the elaborate Kali Temple and the Visakha Museum, an old Dutch bungalow housing local maritime and historical exhibits.
Assemble at Howrah Station at 20:45 pm and proceed for Jagdalpur by Sambaleswari Express train
no. 18005 departing at 22:20hrs.
After breakfast proceed forfull day city tour visiting Chitrakote Falls- Experience the awe-inspiring
beauty of Chitrakote Falls, often referred to as the "Niagara Falls of India." Cascading over a
horseshoe-shaped cliff and spanning nearly 1000 feet in width, these magnificent waterfalls are a
sight to behold. Marvel at the sheer power and grandeur of nature as the waters of the Indravati
River plunge into the mist-filled gorge below, creating rainbows in the sunlight and a symphony of
sound that resonates throughout the surrounding forests.
Tirathgarh Falls- Discover the hidden gem of Tirathgarh Falls, nestled amidst the lush greenery of
Kanger Valley National Park. Feel the cool mist on your skin as you stand in awe of the natural beauty
that surrounds you, and listen to the soothing sound of cascading water as it echoes through the
canyon.
Bastar Palace- ep into the regal past of Bastar at the majestic Bastar Palace, a magnificent testament
to the region's royal legacy. Located in the heart of Jagdalpur, this sprawling palace complex exudes
grandeur and charm with its architectural splendor and historic significance.
Danteswari Temple- Nestled amidst the serene landscapes of Dantewada, this ancient temple is
dedicated to Goddess Danteshwari, an incarnation of Goddess Durga. Believed to be one of the 52
Shakti Peethas, the temple attracts devotees and pilgrims from far and wide who seek the blessings
of the goddess for health, prosperity, and protection.
After breakfast check-out from hotel and transfer to railway station to leave for Araku by Kirandul
Passenger train 08552 departing at 9:55 am. Arrive Vizag at 15:30pm and transfer to hotel. Evening
at leisure.
Journey to the picturesque Araku Valley, nestled amidst the Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh.

Lunch will be provided during the tour. Dinner at hotel and overnight at hotel.
After breakfast proceed for city tour visiting Tribal Museum- Step into the rich tapestry of tribal
culture at the Tribal Museum in Vizag. Discover intricate crafts, colorful costumes, and ancient
artifacts that offer insight into the unique lifestyles and beliefs of the region's tribal communities.
From elaborate jewelry to traditional weapons, the museum showcases the resilience and creativity
of Andhra Pradesh's diverse tribal heritage.
Padampuran Garden- Find serenity amidst the lush greenery of Padmapuran Garden, a tranquil
oasis in the heart of Vizag. Stroll through manicured lawns, fragrant flower beds, and shaded
walkways as you unwind in nature's embrace. Admire the colorful blooms, listen to the soothing
sounds of chirping birds, and revel in the peaceful ambiance of this idyllic retreat.
Araku Valley- Embark on a scenic journey through winding roads, lush forests, and cascading
waterfalls as you make your way to this enchanting destination. Explore the sprawling coffee

After sightseeing proceed to leave for Vizag en-route visit Borra Caves- one of the largest and
deepest cave systemsin India. Marvel at the stunning stalactites,stalagmites, and rock formations
that adorn the cavernous chambers, illuminated by soft, ethereal lighting. Explore the mystical allure
of this natural wonder as you wander through winding pathways and underground streams,
encountering ancient rock art and geological formations that date back millions of years. Have lunch
at Borra caves. Arrive Vizag and transfer to city hotel.
Vizag- A vibrant port city on the eastern shores of India. Explore its sun-kissed beaches, historic

After breakfast proceed for city tour visiting Simhachalam Temple - Nestled atop the Simhachalam
Hill, this ancient temple boasts stunning architecture, intricate carvings, and a serene ambiance that
invites devotees and visitors alike. Explore the sanctum sanctorum, adorned with exquisite
sculptures and adorned with intricate gold-plated panels, and witness the divine rituals and prayers
that take place throughout the day.
Then return to hotel for lunch. Post lunch visit Rushikonda Beach - Bask in the beauty of Rushikonda
Beach, a pristine stretch of coastline known for its golden sands, azure waters, and panoramic vistas.
Kailashgiri Hills- A scenic hilltop park that offers breathtaking views of Visakhapatnam's coastline and
cityscape. Explore the lush gardens,scenic viewpoints, and iconic statues that adorn the hilltop,
including the imposing statue of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
Submarine Museum- Delve into the depths of naval history at the Submarine Museum, a unique
attraction that offers visitors a glimpse into the world of underwater warfare. Housed within INS
Kursura, a decommissioned submarine of the Indian Navy, the museum showcases the operational
life of submariners and the technology behind these formidable vessels.
Ramakrishna Beach- Unwind amidst the scenic beauty of Ramakrishna Beach, a popular seaside
retreats that beckons visitor with its golden sands, gentle waves, and panoramic vistas. Named after
the revered saint Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, this picturesque beach is a beloved destination for
locals and tourists alike.
Later, return back to hotel. Dinner at Hotel and overnight at hotel
After lunch transfer to railway station.
